EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The business activities that I have offers to the customers is by selling freshly baked cakes and also provide delivering service to the customers. The type of products that I have promoted on Facebook are various flavours of cakes and my business is run as a sole proprietorship. My business is located at D'Bayu Complex, Suite 17-01, First Floor, Jalan Serambi U8/21, Bukit Jelutong, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. The majority of my customers come from Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur.
Besides, customers can get an information regarding the cake information through my Facebook page and website because I have provided all the details such as price, flavour, delivery services and ingredients used in there. I also registered my name and business information on the Go-Ecommerce website because it is quite useful. It also provides options for new business owners by creating information for business users to track their business activity. In my opinion, the Go-Ecommerce website is quite useful and effective because it can also identify the flow of money in the business.
In addition, to attract customers, I applied the proper hard sell, soft sell, and teaser technique on my Facebook page. For me, Facebook is the most effective way to communicate with peoples from all over the world and at all times. What I discovered was that I received more consumers from Facebook than from my website.
Last but not least, since the opening of Bake Off, we have sold over 150 boxes of various cake flavours. Increasing demand for our product leads in a solid profit for our business initiative. As a result, Bake Off cakes are a great product choice that can be expanded to new places as the business grows.

1.1 Name and Address of Business
The name of this business is Bake Off and the address of my cake shop is at D'Bayu Complex, Suite 17-01, First Floor, Jalan Serambi U8/21, Bukit Jelutong, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. It is a cake shop that sell many different types of cake. Cake is a variety of delicious treat that is usually baked. They are available in a wide range of flavours, textures, shapes, and colours, making it ideal for snacking or serving as serving size amounts for special occasions.
I sell cake because it is one of the most adaptable sweets, with a wide range of delectable taste combinations. The motto for this business is “Happiness is knowing there is cake on the table”.
