Abstract
This
researchis
aboutthe relationship between office layout
andemployee performance.
The purpose
of
thisresearch is to
study therelationship between
the officelayout
and jobperformance.
In this research,the independent variables
havebeen identified
whichare space
layout, furniture arrangement and office lightingsystem,
inwhich these
variableswould influence
thelevel
ofemployee
performance. Thesampling frame
for this researchwill be obtained
from allgrade staff
at MajlisBandaraya
KualaTerengganu (MBKT). Based on
thetable and
thepopulation
of MajlisBandaraya
Kuala Terengganu,123
staffwill be
the sample size for the population of190. Purposive
judgementsampling method is used
incollecting
data andthe results
compiled by usingSPSS software system. The
resultinvolves of
reliability and correlations regression. Finally, the recommendationincluded to
helpfurther researchers
to have abetter finding of the
