EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Shutterfilm Media is a services company that has a special characteristic to make everyone's memories into memorable things like pictures and videos. The main important aspect of our company or our motto is “ making others' memories last long with our great services”.
Shutterfilm Media offers a few services that are able to make a person remember their memory well. First of all, we offer photography services. These services are usually for the person on special occasions like weddings or graduation. Secondly, make a pre-wedding film. Thirdly, create an advertisement video. Last but not least, the product shoot.
We are doing partnership among five of us which are Nurin as the general manager, Hazirah as an administrative manager, Aina as a marketing manager, operational manager Nasyrah and Ili as a financial manager. All of us have our own ability to conduct our position. This business started with all of us who are very passionate about capturing pictures, filming video, and editing for great results. We have a great collaboration since we know each other very well.
When there are problems, our group always has a discussion to find the solution for a short time.
All of us have the same goal and target when it comes to our company. We want our customers satisfied with the services provided. As our services are important for a person that wants to keep their memory.
The location of our premises is strategic. Hence, the customer will be able to spot us. We are doing our business at Sunway Velocity Designer Office, Unit V03-02A, 13, Lingkaran, SV, Jalan Cheras, 55100 Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The office is easier to go to and become the center of attention in Kuala Lumpur as it is near to the Sunway Velocity Mall.
The advantages of our company are shown by how we manage to make a good project for every customer that comes to us. We will also give our customers ideas on how to make what they want into reality. Other than that, we as a young generation are always up to date and follow the trend. So, the customer will have a large view of each project that they dreamed of. We also have a very talented photographer and a person who has certified editing skills of using photoshop and other apps.
In conclusion, we know that our company has our very own specialities and manage to do better in every aspect that we go into. We totally believe in the process and steps that are taken by us which can lead the company favorable to the community and workers.
