Abstract

This study attempt to identify challenges experiences by person with disabilities in finding a job. It explores challenges of the attitude from family, accessible facilities, psychological factors, education and training skills that will affect people with disabilities in getting a job.

Data included questionnaire collected from 138 respondents within Beaufort and Sipitang district. The discussion of the research finding also provided and highlighted on the recommendation that for the purpose improve this research in future.
